You are invited to participate in the
Supervisory Training Program (STP) Unit 3 - "Planning &
Scheduling" This course will help construction supervisors
understand ways in which planning and scheduling saves time and money, while
increasing quality in the construction process.
Dates: Five WEDNESDAYS (January 8, 15, 22, 28, February 5)
Time: 5:00-8:00 pm CST

Class Format and Contingency Plans
This class is offered in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and online participation. However, a minimum of four in-person students is required to conduct the in-person portion of the training. If this minimum is not met, the class will transition to a fully online format.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, the class will not be canceled. Instead, all students are expected to have the capability to join via Zoom, ensuring continuity of the learning experience without delays or postponements.
