You are invited to participate in the
Supervisory Training Program (STP) Unit 4 - "Contract Documents." This course will provide information about contract
documents and construction law to help supervisors recognize the roles and
responsibilities of all contracted parties, to develop an understanding of how
contract documents can be helpful to solve problems and resolve conflicts, and
to develop positive relationships between all parties in the construction
process.
Dates: Five TUESDAYS (March 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15)

Class Format and Contingency Plans
This class is offered in a hybrid format, allowing for both in-person and online participation. However, a minimum of four in-person students is required to conduct the in-person portion of the training. If this minimum is not met, the class will transition to a fully online format.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, the class will not be canceled. Instead, all students are expected to have the capability to join via Zoom, ensuring continuity of the learning experience without delays or postponements.
