New Forms to become Signatory with Trade(s) and Get Notifications of Important Updates:

AGC has updated and automated our forms to become signatory with a union trade (BA/TBB Forms). This new cloud-based option will make it easier to fill out, update, review, or change your form. Remember, this is a new website different from AGC’s main website and with a different login.  You may choose to use the same login as you use for this page, but you will need to register it the first time you use the site.

FIRST TIME USERS OF THIS NEW SITE:

  • Go to agcmncontracts.com.
  • Register or, if already registered, log in.
    • When you register, you will need to confirm your email. Check your inbox or spam filter.

ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED AND HAVE CREDENTIALS:

  • Log in to agcmncontracts.com and click Labor Forms. The form should appear on the next page.
  • Choose which trades and agreement that you want to become signatory to. There are two options how to become signatory: Assigning bargaining authority and to be bound.
    • BA-- Most contractors choose to assign bargaining authority to AGC (BA) because it strengthens the bargaining committee and helps ensure that the contractors show up like the union, unified and organized. Assigning bargaining authority also enables AGC to help keep you current with the trades—you do not need to renew, send termination letters, or sign interim updates.
    • TBB-- Choosing to be bound (TBB) is a good option if a contractor is wary about recommitting to a trade after expiration of the contract. The TBB contractor still is expected to respect and support the industry bargaining committee. Signing TBB means that the contractor must keep current with the trade(s) including renewals, sending termination letters, adopting interim updates, etcetera.
    • Independent-- If you signed directly with the union, hopefully the terms are the same as the industry contract. Contact Mike to be added to our list so that you can receive important information and updates.
