Company president Irving L. Seelye founded Frontier Construction in 1995. Frontier offers a full line of heavy equipment, general construction, and construction management services. Our main office is in Deer River, Minnesota. Frontier Construction qualifies as a TGB/DBE/MBE business. Frontier has experience and capabilities in numerous heavy equipment operations and construction activities, including excavation and grading, water and sewer utilities installation, site preparation, burial vault installation, culvert installation, rock excavation, rip rap and river work, and dike construction. Frontier can also provide general construction services, such as new building construction, commercial remodeling and reconstruction, specialty construction, and whole project construction management.
