Since 1968, Shafer Contracting Co. has furnished highway-heavy general contracting services throughout Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. We specialize in grading and concrete paving work with a heavy emphasis on public projects, particularly Department of Transportation and airport work. While we may be most often recognized by our large fleet of trucks, we take particular pride in the numerous quality achievement awards we have received throughout the years.
