Ramsey County is local government. For the purpose of AGCMN Members, our construction focus is based in 4 main departments: Public Works, Property Management, Parks & Rec and Economic Development. We do also have some residential projects in our Tax Forfeited Land (TFL) division. Much of our work we contract out by publicly posting our RFP's. This would include; new construction, remodels, maintenance and other tasks for both our buildings and highways.
We do also work with developers for vacant land development opportunities such as Rice Creek Commons.
